theassetsco is strict where it matters. Nothing changes hands without a signature. Every device has a tag, a holder and a history. Every seat shows who uses it. Every contract shows the date you must give notice by. Here is each part, and the rules it follows.

Assets

Nothing changes hands without a signature.

Every device has a tag, a status and a holder. The new holder signs by emailed link or in person, and only then is it theirs.

  1. R01A device’s status changes only through a signed hand-over, return, repair or other request — never by editing a field.
  2. R02One signature moves a device to its new holder, by emailed link (valid 7 days) or in person.
  3. R03Each device has one open request at a time, so nothing is handed out twice.
  4. R04Returned laptops and phones need a verified wipe before anyone else gets them.
  5. R05Every type gets its own tags, like LAP-0001; labels print in batches of up to 1,000.
  6. R06Imported devices wait for an inspection before they can be handed out.

See every subscription, who holds a seat, and when it renews, so you stop paying for seats nobody uses.
