How do we start?
Sign up with your work email, name your workspace and add a card. Your 7-day free trial starts at once, with everything in Business. When it ends, $790 for the first year is taken from that card; we email you 2 days before.
Can we cancel during the trial?
Yes, any time before it ends, under Billing & plan. Nothing is charged, and the workspace becomes read-only when the trial ends, so you can still export your data.
Can we see it with someone first?
Yes: book a demo and we’ll show you around, and can set up a workspace for you with sample data for 14 days. Choose Business any time to keep it; nothing you added is lost.
Who counts toward the 100 employees?
Everyone currently in your directory. People who have left don’t count. If you’d go past 100, we’ll ask you to talk to us about a larger plan.
How do we pay?
Once a year, by card, without leaving theassetsco. Card details go straight to Stripe, our payment provider. Receipts and invoices come from us.
Can we get a refund?
Cancelling stops the next yearly renewal; the year already paid isn’t refunded, and the workspace keeps working until it ends. Cancel during the free trial and nothing is ever charged.
What if we stop paying?
Nothing is deleted straight away. If a renewal payment fails, everything keeps working while you sort it out. If it stays unpaid, the workspace becomes read-only for 30 days: you can still view and export everything, or pay to carry on. After that, the workspace is closed.
What happens to our data if we close the workspace?
Your data is deleted 90 days after the workspace is closed. Export what you need first.
